On Saturday 1/22 our YAC members hosted the Wicoff House’s first event of 2023! “New Year’s Traditions Around the World” consisted of family fun activities inspired by the various ways different countries celebrate the new year. As some were enjoying 12 grapes inspired by Spain, others were making wishes and throwing them into a fire inspired by Scotland. Kids also made lots of crafts such as American resolution clocks, Chinese paper lanterns, Japanese New Year cards and noise makers! Not to mention the musical chairs and museum scavenger hunt!

It was an absolute pleasure to start off 2023 with a bang and for YAC to make a positive impact on the families who came by. We hope everyone had a lovely new year!
