Congratulations to the Wicoff Youth Advisory Council (YAC) members on another successful event! YAC members planned activities and crafts for participants to deepen their understanding of the meaning behind “Presidents Day. ” They conducted research, created artistic posters and decorated the museum so it looked very festive. One of the stations featured information on President Woodrow Wilson, who was in office in 1919 – the year of Plainsboro’s founding. Visitors could even “vote” for in an election for “President of Wicoff House.” Each YAC member is able to work to their strengths when planning and running an event and it is so encouraging to witness how well they work cooperatively to accomplish their goals. Well done!
